I’ve spent 25 years working as a Neuromuscular & Massage Therapist, helping people release pain and tension from their bodies.

But time after time, the pattern was the same:
What showed up as physical stress, tight shoulders, clenched jaws, twisted guts, was so often rooted in what wasn’t being said.

  • The avoided feedback.

  • The stuck “I don’t know how to say this.”

  • The feelings of resentment or self-doubt.

That’s what led me to create my flagship programme, The School Of Conversation.

What I Believe

I believe meaningful conversations start with inner alignment - head, heart, and gut - and that keeping the peace should never come at the cost of yourself.

They’re built on:

Connection – because we all deserve to be seen and heard.
Courage – because change doesn’t happen without discomfort.
Growth – because you're not here to shrink or settle.
Agility – because life will throw curveballs, and you’re allowed to evolve.

I know what it’s like to look capable on the outside while second-guessing yourself inside.
I’ve lived that.

But there’s another way forward.
It starts with alignment and the tools to trust yourself when it’s time to speak.

Through values work, conversation frameworks, and your own self compass, I’ll help you meet the moments that matter without abandoning yourself in the process.

I’ve been in private practice since 2001, combining over 20 years of hands-on experience with a deep understanding of how the body, mind, and emotions work together.
I hold three diplomas in Massage and Neuromuscular Therapy, and have gone on to train in NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), Life Coaching, and mBIT (Multiple Brain Integration Techniques), where I’m certified as a Master Coach.

This work draws on both clinical skill and intuition. I help people shift long-held patterns — not just with tools, but with real transformation they can feel in their body and their life.
